❤ When will that item be back in stock?
All of the items I sell are unique and one-off's (unless I have stated otherwise). If you would like an item that has previously been sold then contact me and I will see what I can do and if its a popular line I may make a few runs of them. But don't hold me to that.
❤ Are you the Visual Valentine that my mother warned me about?
Hahaha very funny but....maybe? please note: I am Visual Valentine© the designer the one who makes handmade Items and crafts. I can't help being creative I promise! I had to change it from Vicky Valentine who is erm... let us not beat around the bush here beautiful people but she is a porn star. I couldn't associate my business with hers ( no disrespect to her I am sure she's a nice lady who makes nice cups of tea and folds her bed linen possibly irons her underwear when she is not in bed!) two totally different things.
❤ How much is shipping?
Depending on where the item is going If I get forms of interest from other countries I will add them onto the list but at the moment I am only shipping to the UK and Ireland.
All items are sent via (Recorded delivery) Please note that proof of postage is kept by me for all items sent out. Also, your items will be packaged perfect let me know if it is for a gift. Prices range from free, £2 and upwards.
❤ Can you customise a bag for me?
Yes, I have customised a few bags for people. The image is taken from a photo then manipulated into embroidery on the bag. (check in the gallery for the photo bags). Please note: The image has to be a good clear one for me to work with, then I will strip it down to about 1-5 different colours and go from there. Photo bags can NOT be refunded due to their exclusive nature. A deposit will be required for this work to take place. Coming soon.
❤ Are making new designs?
Oh Yes! I am always kept busy, even though I work full time in another work force, I have new Ideas, new themes, new designs. I am working on a new project at this moment. I have at least another 20 more to upload so Watch this space because I have more to come!
❤ What are your items made of?
My items consist of all types of fabric ranging from, denim, leather, felt, polyester, cotton, metal, clay and lots more. As some of them cannot be washed but spot cleaned. The bags have been treated with a scotch guard to protect against stains and spills.
❤ Do you accept refunds?
Yes of course. I have every confidence in my products; however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase my returns policy is as follows:
Please remember that all of my items are handmade but sewn strong so show them a little respect and look after them well. However, no refunds are given until the item has been returned back to me in the state it was sold in for full terms and conditions please check the refund section.
To return an item you must email me for return authorisation. Please wrap the returns securely and include the original invoice with your return and any free items that may have come with your item. If anything has been removed (including labels) a deduction of 20% will incur. All items must be returned by recorded post within 14 days in their original condition. Due to the fact that we can both track the items that have been returned and there is no chance of the item going AWOL. I will refund your credit/debit card if the item is no longer available.
Please note that my returns policy is only valid for 14 days from receipt by you of goods. I will consider but are not obliged, to accept any return submitted outside these time limit.
❤ How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
❤ I can see a section for promo codes can I use one?
Sometimes I will put a code on my social media that will give you free postage or some form of discount, keep your eyes peeled and follow me.
❤ Ok then Miss Valentine, you have convinced me. But why should I buy from you?
Good question! After all, you have the cous-cous promise that all my goods are 110% real and made by me alone. They are new and unique in every aspect. They were created in a smoke-free pet-free, damp-free, virus-free home and they are waiting for the right person to own them and love them and give them the valentine love that I have shown them when they were conceived in my mind and hands. Why on earth would you want something that everybody else has that has been mass produced? how boring? Be original be unique be just you so nobody can copy your style if it's just a one-off can they?
My products are different, you will not find them in the shops down the road or mass-produced in a store anywhere (unless some wasteman decided to copy me).
They are for the kind of people who know about style and who have great taste and like to be noticed and like a good laugh or stand out and have a sense of humour.
